Print Return Policy
All our prints are custom ordered according to your specifications and are not returnable. However prints damaged in shipping are exchangeable in accordance with our return policy. Fortunately, shipping damages are rare. Should you receive a package that appears damaged, we will require photos of the damaged box and the damaged print in order to file a damage claim with the freight company. Damage claims will require the return of your print before processing. We will submit a damage claim to the shipping company. Upon coverage by the shipping company, a replacement print will be mailed to you. We will reimburse you for your return postage if you provide us with a copy of your shipping receipt showing the details of your shipment.
Should you receive a damaged print, please contact us within 10 days of reciept at email@example.com for instructions. We want you to be happy with your new purchase and will work for a speedy resolution.
